Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders are neither processed nor shipped from Friday 12 p.m. to Sunday or on public holidays.
If we receive a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties and taxes
BeBoldTools is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipment are the customer's responsibility (including tariffs, taxes and other costs).
Damage
BeBoldTools is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged merchandise before filing a claim.
Delivery to be checked
Upon receipt of your order, unpack and meticulously check your product in the presence of the delivery person, even if the packaging is intact.
Before signing or if you decide to refuse the package, write on the delivery slip all the reservations and observations that you deem useful, particularly concerning damage linked to transport (specify if the packaging is damaged: damaged packaging , ..... ).
Do not sign under pressure from the delivery person. If you do not agree, specify the reason on the delivery note: 'the delivery person did not wish to be present at the unpacking during inspection of the package'.
This is your right and only means of contesting in the event of damage. The words “subject to unpacking” have no legal value.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the UK & EU.
Incorrect delivery addresses and refused delivery
We make every effort to validate the shipping address provided during checkout to ensure that it is recognized as a valid address by the DHL/FEDEX/GLS... If we cannot validate the address, we will attempt to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
BeBoldTools will not be held responsible if the customer provides an incorrect delivery address and we cannot collect the package.
Missing or stolen shipments
If you have not received your order, but the carrier has reported that it has been delivered, please notify us as soon as possible at [email protected]
We will file a claim with the carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order once the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for investigation.
