Returns and refunds on BeBoldTools

If the product is not the one ordered or if it does not comply with the needs and / or expectations, it is possible to request a return, no later than 14 days from delivery.

THE PRODUCT MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED.

For products not included in the catalogue and ordered on express request by the customer, it will NOT be possible to refer to the General Conditions of Return, provided by BeBoldTools and, more precisely, it will be possible to proceed with the return only with prior authorization from BeBoldTools.

For all products ordered at the express request of the customer it will not be possible to exercise the right of return.

Reserve of Control

Always reserve the control reserve on delivery, especially if you have chosen insured shipping. In this way, in case of damage, we can activate the insurance policies.

If the courier in charge of your shipment is GLS, it will also be necessary to affix a "specific reserve", indicating the damage that the package seems to have suffered, eg: open package / damaged package / GLS / GLS adhesive tape.

If you wish to request the return or exchange of what you ordered, send an email to [email protected] indicating your name, order number and problem encountered.

The return request must be received no later than 14 days after delivery.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in pristine condition, with no signs of use.
  • All accessories, documentation, and original packaging must be included.
  • The return shipping cost is your responsibility, except in cases of proven product defect.

When will i get my refund?

Once we have received the product that complies with the specified return conditions, we will issue the refund within 14 working days.

* from 17 June 2023 returns will not be accepted without a reason, or with a reason other than those indicated above.
